Jurgis ir Drakonas was born in March 2014 as the brainchild of Tom Nicholson, husband of popular TV cook Beata Nicholson.
He says:
“I decided to bring a new quality of pizza to Lithuania and to serve it in a unique way. And so the idea of selling authentic Neapolitan pizza from mobile wood-fired ovens was born. Our ovens are truly portable. We can take them literally almost anywhere. We believe that our pizzas are the highest quality and most delicious PIZZA in Lithuania. This is a very bold statement, but we strive for the best and we are proud”.
Now they have two restaurants in Vilnius.
