The Mystery of the Medieval Monastery

During the programme the host, dressed in medieval costume, talks about the monastery’s history and architecture, monastic life, and lost fortunes, and tells legends of the Dominicans.

At the same time the guests can admire the work of local stone masons and listen to the singing of monks. A stop is made at the medieval “well of wishes” where monastery liqueur is served.

The programme ends with a Gregorian chant using the superb acoustics under the vaults of the cloister.
