The Hill of Crosses is one of the most famous places in Lithuania, which attracts numerous tourists and pilgrims from all over the world.

On two small hills there are millions of wooden, stone and other types of crosses and colourful rosaries. Pope John Paul II blessed the site in 1993 declaring it a place for hope, peace, love and sacrifice.
