Contemporary architecture tour in Tallinn gives an overview of Tallinn and its history.

In the city we visit Koidula street – private greenery in urban setting, house vs. garden and main contemporary architectural examples of the city like Freedom Square – modern urban space, sports hall of the English Secondary School – artificial nature, old vs. new, museum of occupations- organic architecture, flowing spaces, openness, interior vs. exterior and some modern apartment buildings in the city.

Kadriorg park area– old wooden housing area, new developments in the area and KUMU – Estonian Art Museum.

At the harbour area we visit Linnahall cultural centre and Kultuurikatel culture factory (former power plant) –  old industrial complexes that have recently been refurbished. We also visit the modern yet historic suburb called Kalamaja.

We finish our tour at Seaplane Harbour.

Tour duration is approximately 3-4 hours
